I recognize him, but I can't remember his name or what he was used for. Looks awfully familiar, though
Crackerjack toy maybe? Or one from a cereal box? Interesting, I hope you can find out where he came from, that sure would be interesting.
I think that's Mr. Happy.
Mz. Nesbit's comment had me looking... He is actually Mr. Strong from the Mr. Men show. (I have never heard if it before). Who knew. I was a little afraid to search "Mr. Happy" at work, but I did because it is Friday.
