Holy crap I feel like shit. I've got some sort of stomach bug, up all night heaving, in bed most of the day, trying to be up and participate in the kids weekend for a couple hours. Weak, weary, my lower back is killing me. ugh.

Actually I was playing with DOF quite a bit that day. One of the things I love about my DSLR - I can actually do that kind of thing. Oh joy! Literally. My camera gives me so much joy.

Sometimes the prettier I find a flower the more difficult I find it to make a photo that pleases my eye. These are OK. I love the camelia's trees around here. So colorful for this early in the season. Hope you enjoy them too.

So its full blown chicken pox. Having never had them myself, I am doing everything in my power to avoid getting infected myself. But the worst part is this weekend is my sister's Baby Shower. I will be home missing the festivities.
