Yellow

I used to really dislike the color yellow but I've grown to like it over the years. I don't think I own any yellow clothing except 2 dresses that have yellow on them. But yellow things I do kind of like, especially flowers.

Autumn in the Pacific Northwest

I love the autumn light, even in the middle of the day the light has a neat yellow quality that is rarely harsh.

Don't forget to visit my 365 Photo Project, 332 days and counting.

Walking in my neighborhood

Dropped the boy off at school, and noticed everything was drippy but the sky was kind of bright so I grabbed my camera. Found some great red bushes with no leaves, bright red. I'll have to go back and see what they look like with leaves etc.

No I didn't Forget About You

I'm just trying to decide if I should switch platforms for my blog or not. Blogger is not so photo friendly, at least not to my way of thinking.
Anyway, I took these out playing with the dog (her name is Betty) on Tuesday.
He sure does love that dog.

Such a beautiful morning! The fall has been really nice so far this year. Doesn't really make up for the crappy summer tho. But I'll take it!

Afternoon

Took a group of neighborhood kids to the closest playground, and of course they left a pile of scooters and helmets to play on the big toys.

Thank you, really.

And a photo - this is my husband, a couple days after Christmas we had a string of beautiful sunny days and we took lots of walks. I love these Wayfarers.
