I am really bad at cropping my photos. So I've decided to try some new stuff, go more extreme and see how they turn out. Here are my first efforts.

You Capture - Black and White

I took this photos by accident actually, but kind of liked it so I'm using for my You Capture photo this week. I found a great local hiking book, and we've been doing one each week. Last week's hike was the West Hylebos Wetlands hike. Great fun for us all. Hope you enjoy the picture.

You Capture - Vehicles

I didn't see many cool vehicles to photograph so I thought I'd get up close and personal with Hubby's 1981 Volvo, I kind of like them. Hope you do too!

Custom Shoe Rack

Designed, built, and installed by my Husband. He is awesome and wonderful and I love him very much.

I probably should have taken pics of it before I filled it with shoes. Then you could see how nice it really is.

Day at the Beach

Knew it was going to be really warm yesterday so I took the kids and a friend to Ocean Shores. Just about perfect there, the kids had a blast in the sand and surf. Yay!

The amount of sand on them is in direct proportion to the amount of fun they had.

We saw this sailing ship motoring along. The kids were thrilled.

You Capture - I choose Green

This is my favorite of the green pictures. Fresh peas from my sisters garden.

And the empty pea pods.
And a cool green waterfront from camping last weekend.
Because it happens to be one of my favorite colors.
